Who we are

We are a husband and wife team specializing in short-term and vacation rentals, dedicated to simplicity, generosity, and exceptional hospitality. The name TEREO (tay-reh’-o) comes from the story where Jesus turns water into wine by facilitating the behind-the-scenes work so that the groom receives the reward without any effort. This Greek word TEREO means “to guard, watch over, and attend to carefully”. We apply both Jesus’ example and the meaning of the name to how we host and steward your property, so you can focus on what you love while we do all the work to maximize your investment reward!
